Join Jess Wang at Steep for a fun, flavorful, and informative pickling session and enjoy lunch in the company of other pickle lovers! Learn how to make the most of California’s seasonal produce through Chinese methods of fermentation. We’ll cover all you need to know to make two types of juicy crunchy pickles, from quick vinegar cucumber pickles to slow-fermented spiced cabbage and root vegetable pickles.
Steep signature lunch sets featuring Picklé pickles and coldbrew tea will be provided as part of the event. Vegan and non-vegan meal options available. Participants will make and take home 2 jars of pickles.
$70 ticket includes lunch plus raffle entry for a bag of tea or free admission to a future workshop
