Celebrate Chinese Lunar New Year with a prosperous and playful pop-up dinner from friends Jess Wang and Jonathen Liu!

Friendship and collaboration were inevitable for Jess of Picklé and Jonathen of Tiger & the Horse, both first generation Taiwanese-Americans who are active contributors to the LA food community. Their passions brought them together in friendship formed by shared culture and food identities. The cultural wealth of their Southern California upbringing is expressed in their fun cooking style which freely features wild fermentation.

With a menu dedicated to sustainable sourcing, layers of flavor and texture, and a nod to their Taiwanese-American roots, this double Capricorn team invites you to celebrate the Year of the Rat with them on Tuesday, February 4th, 2020.
